How do I redeem a gift certificate?
It’s easy! When you purchase a gift certificate, we will email you a gift certificate code for each ticket purchased. When you (or your giftee) are ready to redeem it, just use the ‘Book Now’ buttons on our site for the tour you want to book, and enter your code during checkout!
Can I enter the recipient’s dietary restrictions?
There is no need – the gift certificate recipient will be able to note their own dietary restrictions when they use the gift certificate to reserve their tour.
When do gift certificates expire?
Never!
Can I print a certificate to give to the recipient?
Of course! Just click this link to download and print a certificate, and don’t forget to fill in the gift certificate codes included in your confirmation email!
